The St. Paul Scouts (also known as Twin City Explorers and the Indianhead Scouts) were a junior drum corps based in Stillwater, Minnesota.

The corps was founded in 1956. It was an official Explorer Scout post. It existed under the name of the Indianhead Council Scouts until 1963 when the name officially was changed to what was the more commonly used name of St. Paul Scouts.

It folded as a competitive junior corps after the 1972 season although a drum corps known as the St. Paul Scouts "B" corps marched for a couple more years.
