Philadelphia Police Cadets (PAL)

The Philadelphia Police Cadets (PAL) are an inactive junior based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

• The corps was formed in September of 1965 by Jim Bell and Frank Rhiel.

• In 1974 the corps was the American Legion Junior National Champions.

• After the 1984 competitive season the corps merged with the Jersey Shore Windjamers to compete as the PAL/Windjammers in the 1985 season.
