Golden Lancers

The Golden Lancers (Explorer Post #155, Greater Pittsburgh Council, Boy Scouts of America[1]) were a junior drum and bugle corps from Western Pennsylvania that competed between 1992-1998.

The corps was formed in 1991.[2] In 1996, the Golden Lancers placed 25th in DCI Competition[3] joining the Finleyville Royal Crusaders and General Butler Vagabonds as the only Western Pennsylvania corps to achieve DCI Membership status. Despite this rapid success, by 1998, the Golden Lancers had folded.
