Frank Van Voorhis

One of the founders of the Blue Stars Drum & Bugle corps of La Crosse, Wisconsin. Van Voorhis still resides in La Crosse but doesn't hold a position with the corps any longer. He is a much-beloved figure among the many alumni who marched when he instructed.
