Des Plaines Vanguard

The Des Plaines Vanguard (also known as the Skokie Vanguard and the Chicago Vanguard[1]) was a junior drum corps based in Des Plaines, Illinois.
History
The corps was formed in 1935, originally under the sponsorship of the International Order of the Svithiod.[2]
